Orders sent on receipt of payment, except for pre-paid orders
If you note a malfunction of the merchandise or your package was received damaged, you must notify us on the day of receipt.  In such a case you will be sent a replacement.

Delivery information
Our products are fragile, your order will be sent double packed to protect from shocks.
We deliver world wide, delivery delay for France and Europe is 48 hours and one week for the rest of the world, subject to availability of stock. 
Bulky packages are delivered by a transporter

For credit card orders from abroad,  currency exchange is made automatically by the customer’s bank.
